The company sells custom orthotics but unless you are a Pedorthist (which mostly no one is) you are hurting people and the very thing you are supposedly helping with, you are actually causing (pain) and the solution for Foot Solutions is just to replace the orthotic but only once. So if the sales person who may have worked in the construction industry before gives you another poorly advised orthotic and you get even more pain than you had before, then that’s just it no more replacements and you lost $600.
