Close by, generally friendly co-workers, pay isn't the worst, semi-flexibility when it comes to calling for emergency/personal affairs, fair benefits, and 10% discount on kroger items.
Cons
Pain in the behind customers, work is unappreciated by management, no growth in the company unless your very vocal, management has favorites (they prefer cashiers and treat uc's like dogs), Shifts can be unfair like you could get a night shift straight into a morning shift, unfriendly management they only care about profit and statistics over workers mental health.
