The bakery makes everything for the bars, this is unusual as most coffee bars bring in food and baked goods from third party commissary kitchens delivering junk filled with additives. The Fonté kitchen makes everything from scratch using local ingredients (best egg scramble ever)ConsThere is no real reason to pan or bring up cons, I think you make the environment as much as the environment makes you.
