The management is not effective as they have no clear rules about the company's sales target and how they employees can achieve that. The policy is very messy and always changing with no former notification! Colleagues are not informed until the customers come and ask us, which is extremely embarrassing! This company is mostly just employing part time colleagues as no full time colleagues are willing to share the workload. Pay is also very low with no good benefits. Stay away from this place except you have no other options!
