      Good immediate manager/team I work with.

      Cons

      It starts from the very top and there is zero communication. Amongst every department. Zero. Patients leaving left and right. Patient care is bad. I wouldn’t recommend any family or friends to come to FCS. It goes down hill more yearly. The top leaders need to be looked into and how negatively they’ve impacted FCS since they’ve been in the picture. Look at the patient reviews. They’re all the same. What are you doing to change things? It’s sad.

      free food from drug reps

      Cons

      worked there 3 years with only getting demotions due to clinic closures and poor management, no training even though they have a whole department that they pay to come to you and do it. they act like we are selling things to people and we need to "bring more ppl in" to a cancer facility? are you wishing people would get sick? no room for growth at all unless you are clinical. no options for an employee if anything happens to them.

      Benefits are the pro. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Contact center interrupts you every few seconds with things they can take care of themselves. What a waste of time. Their manager needs to figure out a better way.
