Senior management Needed Improvements

Pros

Great benefits and opportunities when I first started but everything changed when new senior management took over. They were used to running a different type of business with a conflicting business model. They began removing benefits and even took away some holiday from staff that were honored before. I believe management has changed since then so cannot speak for the current work environment.

Cons

Misguided management, preference given to male sales staff.

Pros

Most of your coworkers do a great job. They're what keeps the company afloat. You meet good people, especially in the shop.

Cons

Owner sees you as litter more than a cog in the machine and has no respect for those working there and the office manager has changed many times, some good, some terrible.
