      Pros

      The company has a great culture with supportive colleagues and a friendly, collaborative environment. Working remotely offers good flexibility and work–life balance, and the benefits are very good.

      Cons

      One challenge is that working across different time zones can sometimes mean longer hours. However, if you are comfortable with this and manage your schedule well, it is easy to handle.
