There is no room to grow. There is no life balance as, sometimes, they ask to work on weekends due to deadlines because they don't want to hire more employees. So they overwhelm others.

Very low company morale. The Owner spends hours belittling and blaming employees and acting generally unprofessional. Customers frequently complain and staff have to apologize on her behalf for her behavior. Managers and corporate staff are constantly micromanaged- everyone is a terrible at their job and stupid. Seniority is very important, but employee turnover rate is high at all levels, even for the restaurant industry, so don’t expect to get seniority unless you’re related.
