Pros
The regular employees are amazing and like family The PTO is very nice I made some lifelong friends through dealing with customers
Cons
Upper management is more worried about what is in their pockets instead of how employees are being managed at individual locations. There were so many good employees I watched with my own eyes walk right out. They are beyond stingy on raises. I had to put in a 2 weeks once and actually leave the company eventually just to get a raise. I was making a mere $11 an hour and was a lead in my department at the time and they were bringing in people under me starting at $16. There is no justifying that no matter how you look at it. Flash is a multi-million dollar company (or so the high ups just loved to tell us every time we had one of those useless meetings that could have been an email) so there is no excuse why they couldn't pay fair wages. They lose people and never replace them so they have more money in their pockets because they work the employees left to the bone. Somebody quits? Oh, we will give their job to the person already doing 3 others jobs. They can handle it. Flash has such potential but they really need new managers and need to replace a lot of the people that are really high up in the company! I will say that Sam, really seems like a genuinely nice person but people under him like Aaron Peterich, probably one of the biggest jerks I have ever met in all my years in logistics. Get him out of there and I guarantee you will have happier managers and happier employees. Oh, and the absolute worst thing about this company is, if you are good at your job, you will NEVER get to advance in the company. They will keep you there as long as you will stay!
