-OT a lot -poor management (they simply fire local people and thought they are the ruler of the country) -Typical China mindset -never learn, they just care about themselves -unprofessional at all -most of the leaders are China people with zero mindset -should change all the leader start from COO position till all department -solve the current issue instead of fixing the root cause

Exposure to foreign colleagues (mostly Chinese), quickly expanding company, versatile in hiring new employees (more on skills than just work experience)

Cons

Salary is a bit low, lack of transportation allowance, they keep assigning their employees to different provinces (as far as VisMin areas) within 5 months each, language barriers
