No proper onboarding or educating new employees on the product, and expecting them to leverage their own industry connections to hit numbers.
Favourism by not providing any new leads to the business development team and only sharing it with some so-called "Head of Sales"(Only God knows who they are heading, as there's no structure or hierarchy. And when you finally use one of your connections, these "Head of Sales" would come in and poach your lead by saying that they have connected with them previously.
Work-life balance is non-existent.
