      Pros

      Open to listen and change. Paid salary on time. The company has a diversification through many diverse business units and accounts that can help an employee if he/she may want to experience other fields either by shadowing or job transfer

      Cons

      Salaries have previously met the best rates in the Egyptian market, currently they are a bit below the market rates.

As a part of our continued effort to help all Flairstechers cope with inflationary pressures, we have introduced an unconditional bonus for all employees based in Egypt. This bonus has been increased from 15% to 20% and is paid monthly. Additionally, we review the percentage amount of this bonus on a quarterly basis to ensure it adequately addresses the ongoing inflation concerns.
