Pros

Working with big name clients

Cons

- A lot of grumpy people who are very hard to work with. Rather than fixing these people everyone else is told "oh they are just difficult everyone has these issues" - Late night work with no thanks - Greenwashing - High pace and high stress

Pros

Nice people, a lot of work, process is clear

Cons

Way too much responsibility, SO many difficult people to work with, utter perfectionists, play the blame game so often.. some people are just mean with no reason... overall not the best place to work. Would recommend looking elsewhere

Pros

There are none. There is zero room for growth, no investment in development, leadership is non-existent, employee abuse is rampant. Do not get enticed by an above market salary, it's the only way to get people in the door and it will 100% NOT be worth it. I've witness bold faced lies in interviews told to potential candidates to convince them to join/assuage real and valid candidate concerns.

Cons

Confidentiality does not exist, people with invisible disabilities have been outed, personal information shared including someone's new medication regiment. In two years "leadership" restructured the business four times as cover for terminating employees. They then rehire the same positions they just terminated under new titles. There is active targeting of employees from the CEO to the tune of falsifying records to support putting people on performance improvement plans. There is zero strategic direction, no commercial acumen. They "re-purpose" work product/market insights from other consultancies and big shops to pass off as their own. They lie to clients about capabilities and expertise to bring business in the door and then dump it someone to figure it out. When it fails, they use that as a reason to terminate. Their "remote" business model is a guise for their strategy of keeping employee counts below labor law thresholds, so they are not subject to them. They rewrite policies to prevent people from using available benefits. Talent leaves as soon as the truth of the culture and leadership is clear.
