Pros

The company provides a car and will pay for all your gas. They do allow you to create your own schedule and have nice pay.

Cons

The team lead only would help the rep closest to where she lived. Never would be willing to drive further to your territory to assist you in any way. They bring absolutely no value to the table with getting home warranty orders. Very difficult working over someone that doesn't do any work themselves and expects you to bring in all the orders. Team leads should help out more.

Great benefits. Its a nice work environment.

Cons

No one knows what they are doing. Multiple people try to be in a leadership role and give wrong advice. You get told 5 different things from 5 different people...all wrong. No training. You get thrown into the field with coworkers who don’t want to help you.
