From day one, I felt welcome at FitForMe. Even though the interview process was quite challenging, it was fair and well-organized. Once I started, I was given plenty of time to learn everything at my own pace. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I always felt comfortable asking questions. The atmosphere was calm and collaborative between teams, especially in Customer Service.
The company encourages open communication and makes it easy for people from different teams to work and talk together. A good example is during lunch, which is nicely set up to encourage informal but valuable conversations. Higher management is also present and approachable, regardless of someone’s seniority.
Cons
While the internal communication is open, I sometimes felt that the company didn’t always follow through on its “customer first” goal. Moreover, although feedback about customer service was taken into consideration, it rarely led to real action or reached higher management effectively.
I worked at FitForMe from 2015 to 2019 and honestly, it was the perfect environment to lay the foundation for my career. I started in outbound customer service and learned so much about B2C sales, telephone acquisition, and how to truly connect with customers.
The company culture is warm, welcoming, and supportive — exactly what you’d hope for as a young professional just getting started. There’s a great balance between professionalism and a relaxed, fun vibe.
If you're looking to break into customer service or sales, this is a fantastic place to do it. I’m really thankful for my time here — it was a fun ride that set me up for success down the road.
Thank you Simon and Sjoerd!
Cons
None as far as I'm concerned.
