Pros

- Kitchen manager was nice and took time to teach those of us who did not have kitchen experience - learned a lot on the job

Cons

- co-owner would show up and micromanage, to the point where a higher up for front of house would be in tears. Often singles people out during dinner rushes. He also refused to call a runner by her name, sticking with "her" or "you". - Never offered to send people on breaks to sit down for a bit. So we would work for 10-11 hours straight in a hot outdoor kitchen. When asked for closer to half hour off instead of ten minutes would get a side eye. -lost a lot of weight due to this, to the point where family members became concerned - one day of training before opening
