Pros

Mumbai office is nice. Rest all is mentally harassing

Cons

They treat their employees very badly. Follow hire and fire rule. They don't respect their employees. Very unprofessional approach towards employees. Entire show runs by 2 people. CEO and COO. Do not follow any process, not even to ready to adopt. Even in such scenario when Covid 19 is spreading in Mumbai, forcing employees to visit office. CEO and COO behaviour is very partial about few employees and only those people get growth here. Please don't not join this organisation if you want your mental well being

Post is downright false. And proves why social media platforms need to verify posts, before falsehoods such as these are published. Only Pro is "office is nice. Rest all is mentally harassing". So management will build a nice office with a cricket pitch/jogging track etc. so they can mentally harass its employees. Really? 2020 was a tough year for business and despite that there was zero layoffs, salary reductions or the likes at FRSPL... almost all got a healthy increase in salary and bonus in 2020. This is testament to the company and recognition thereof ... of the entire team in lieu of exceptional work put in by them!!! This fact is conveniently omitted Most roles work from home and rotate through work as and how required. Certain roles require individuals to come in ... and they have done so willingly , with a smile. I salute them as I do with the great armed forces of India who also cannot work from home. Can they? I am in a minimum of 2 days a week Hire and Fire. This is a common statement typically made by non-performers. Anyone who knows the massive efforts that goes into getting the right talent to join would also know it would be foolish to simply fire people without reason. Non-performance is like business failure. You learn from it and move on. Failing which 10 years and 5 jobs later you will have the same list of complaints and continue to look externally for excuses whereas the true reasons for/answers to your failure lie within you. We create value through excellence. For excellence to flourish you have to respect talent and give them the space to operate, so they can paint their masterpieces. If we did not follow this important principle, we would not experience the exponential growth and success we have experienced. The world is huge with infinite opportunities. A such whether you decide to join team FRSPL or not should not be based on a single false post.

Pros

Comparatively less work than other companies.

Cons

1) Everything is dependent on south African client. even though you are correct, they will never talk on jiras and facts if you dont have good relation with them. Indian management will never take your stand. 2) HR/indian manager are helpless in front of CEO. its like big boss type culture. Every thing gets managed from a single room. 3) less WFH. 4) strict 8 hours policy, they are planning to increase it as well. 5) yes boss type culture is promoted. some managers even complain about dressing of other team members who even dont belong to their team.
