-Management has no idea what they are doing. Constantly changing standards -Doesn't allow for anytime for growth or development -Does not care for employees, especially interns basically treating them like second class employees that can easily be dropped -Disrespectful of peoples time

Entire company is super unpredictable and unreliable in general. Getting the job was a weird and long process in which I was told the position I applied for became an unpaid internship, then that I got the job with pay, and then that the position had no money after two weeks of working 7-5. The workload is confusing, the message is confusing, and the overall product they sell is convoluted and a lot of people were confused on what they actually did. The entire company is run out of Discord and the workplace energy is strange.
