Pros

- Full COA paid for - Long shifts

Cons

MALE DOMINATED WORK ENVIRONMENT. Experienced sexual harassment and even the higher up (female!) brushed it off. Instead of the male getting removed from the team, he became a supervisor and I got transferred.. losing hours and going back down to minimum wage (was getting paid more at this site) Pay is horrible. Minimum wage or just slightly above it for literally ensuring the safety of people and/or property. ” The clients (mall, hospital etc) don’t understand that I’m on minimum wage and am not going to risk my safety to get stolen stock back. Understaffed for the area I need to cover which then causes clients being unhappy with me - when I tried my best to be everywhere.

Pros

Equal opportunity employer with a catch 22.

Cons

Its a revolving door. They hire more people than job availability. As long as you fit in the box, there is no room for individual thinkers or problem solvers. The client comes first at the expense of job security.

Pros

Many hours available, that's it .

Cons

Lied on job advertisement, no respect for staff and you will be made to work 6+ days most weeks leaving barely any time away from work.
