      Leadership is separate from employees, does not communicate effectively. You have to move out to move up, no career growth.

      Business and industry has changed which drove most of the good folks out. A victim of outside market forces as well as internal mismanagement and not paying attention to culture.

      Lost all technical leadership and most of the engineering team with no acknowledgement from the executive level that there was a problem.
