No long-term career growth Promotions are team/manager-dependent: members of some teams get promoted every 2 years while no promotion can be expected in others regardless if they have the same tenure Some managers say sleazy innuendos JD/scope of work is not clear and well-defined Average base monthly pay though this is compensated in annual bonuses and benefits
