      Pros

      For the first time in my life, I truly feel I found my home. I still cant believe this business is real. I feel blessed to know these people. For the first time in my life I feel excited to come to work.

      Cons

      Not a manager in site....only LEADERS at the top. It gives meaning to followership when you WANT to follow the CEO on down.

      Pros

      Fellow coworkers, including those at other branches are often friendly as well as upper management. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on weekdays close at a good time.

      Cons

      Compensation is less than the average when compared to bank’s in the nearby area. In fact, possibly the lowest. Rates are similarly not competitive.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work. A company where you know the CEO on down and they care about you, your success and your family. Ive never worked for a better culture of people in my life.

      Cons

      Training is slow bc most of it is Hands on and you dont come across the same things every day or often.
