The people you work with are great. There is a great atmosphere of community and people are always willing to help. Management is always available, and communication with supervisors is very open.
Cons
Training is almost non-existent. There is too little structure in pay scale and no clear path for advancement. It is very hard to know what is necesary to get ahead and get promoted.

Very family oriented. Flexible for time off and great benefits
Cons
The pay is not that great in comparison to the work load and other banks and they work some with an extremely large work load and let others get away with doing nothing.
