every quiet working environment if you make a mistake everyone in the office knows because sometimes your manager/colleague may punish you aloud if you talk, everyone in the office knows high attention to minor details simple work can be made more complicated here when you step into the branch, you step into different countries, when you walk out the door, welcome back to Australia most of my colleagues are introverted, if you don't ask , even they know you are going to make mistakes, you will not tell you.
