      Pros

      My direct manager was very good. He valued a work-life balance.

      Cons

      Senior leadership currently charged with fraud and awaiting trial. They bankrupted the company and caused thousands to lose their jobs.

      Pros

      Very talented team members and well-known reputable brand names and products to work with in the aftermarket automotive industry. Over 20 aftermarket automotive brands were owned by FBG. At one point before 2026, very large customer base to work. Opportunities with customers were unlimited when product was available. Many opportunities to work with a variety of departments and collaboration amongst peers all over the globe.

      Cons

      Corrupt ownership. Unethical. Immoral. Poor leadership. Poor health insurance offerings with very high deductibles. No 401 K matching program. Little to no raises. Almost no career advancement. Lies about inventory and payments being made.
