- Good Colleagues (because we all hate the boss) - 14 month salary - Flexible working hours - Boss always not in office (but he will monitor you remotely)
Cons
- No formal HR - No admin, boss thinks any English speaker can handle company emails under an hour - Job post very mixed up. Doesn't matter what job post you are, Boss just think you are a slave. i.e. CS need to handle marketing job, while marketing need to write script, Script-writer was assigned to manage Facebook community, Project manager was assigned to create websites Video Editor was assigned to handle submission to the licensor.............etc etc - Boss has very bad memory, he confirmed a decision in the morning, forgot about it in the afternoon - Boss blames everything on others. He forgot something he promised, he will blame you for not reminding him, even though you did. - Boss is self-centered, he ask you "Why", you try to explain and he will say "I don't want to know, I don't care". He don't even respect Licensor decision. - Boss thinks everything can be done with one button. - Boss say he won't read anything that takes more than 10 seconds, even serious decisions. - Boss is very bad at making decisions, i.e.: sacrifice a long term partnership with factories, in order to save a few cents, because he thinks any factory can do the same job, result in a few year delay in production, blacklisted by good factories and lower production quality. - Boss always makes last second changes. Even production is on its way, he is willing to stop every thing and waste all the money and time just to change some tiny unreasonable matters. - Boss will message and call you in midnight for matters that he didn't reply you when you ask them during work hours. - Boss has no respect in other companies in the same industry. - Boss removes all negative comments on many social media platform to create a good look of the company, all of them are fake
