      Where to start....... If you like having a work life balance look elsewhere. At Firework you're expected to work extremely long hours which will probably not be during your expected working window (unless you on the West coast). Pay rises and career progression are practically unheard of so make sure you negotiate a good starting salary. Moving quickly to be the first to get ideas to market is great but at what cost? Putting your engineers through undue stress and cutting corners to get things done does not foster a culture to be proud of.
