Business outlook
Pros
Some good people originally in the UK. Flexible working culture. Great, hard working people, especially engineers in the Bucharest office.
Cons
Not much of a product, certainly little in the way of core functionality. Business is all focused on messaging and marketing, rather than actually focusing on the customer and solutions. As such the brand looks sexy to the outside world, but there isn't much there as a business. Good people were recruited for their experience but have now mostly all left. Decisions are made by a core Romanian team who lack international experience.
