Proudly associated with FINT Solutions Private Limited for 1 Year and I must say It is one of the Best Organization to work and grow your career. FINT really follows the tag line GPTW (Great Place to Work) and one of the best employee friendly organization where I have worked in my career. Pros- 1. Provides great opportunities, have a lot of investment towards Learning new skills, ample Growth avenues and moments of Recognition exists. 2. One of the best working culture environment. 3. Open door policy when it comes for approaching CEO's, COO's and HR. 4. Well Structured Organization and helping each individuals in developing the technical skillsets and knowledge. 5. Positive thought process from the Management side. and list goes on....... If given a chance I would definitely comeback in near future and work in this beautiful environment. Working at Fint has been a great experience for me. It has given me the ability to learn and grow as a valued team member and contribute to a project that I really believe in. Co-workers and Management are all friendly and dedicated to bringing our skills together to develop and improve upon our game constantly. It provides a good platform for career growth where talent and hard work are recognized and appreciated. I am more energized and motivated to learn and grow with the organization. Very few organizations would provide Finterns a platform (tools and resources) within 2 weeks of joining to try things and to implement our ideas into reality. Also HR department has put tremendous efforts into vaccination drives so that all the employees and their family members get vaccinated. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity.
