People working from 6 to 7 years so that they become lead otherwise no skill no understanding no calmness bad way of communication. Manager appointed with zero technical background only does bargaining with timelines having no clue or idea about tasks and effort. High level politics and partiality. Asp.Net programmer appointed as tech lead for PHP Coideigniter which led lots of rework and frustration. and so many things..
