No Pros Since Management fell in love with an employee making every decision biased and Unethical. She has her favorites and she will do anything for them since she has a conflict of interest.
Cons
There's no room to get promotions or pay raises. Management wants this company to be a quick turnover rate company. Management is Unprofessional and In love with (a worker) and has favoritism that is showing how biased she is towards everyone else. Management learned how to be a consultant on the job and fired so many employees only to find out the company needed those workers. Management Doesn't know how to run the family job. If the favorite employee doesn't like you, will be let go. Bring your knee pads.. you will know what to do with them when the time comes.
