      Fast-paced startup with fractional senior team

      Pros

      Startup life is fast paced and growth is guaranteed.

      Cons

      The wall says "You grow great businesses by growing great people" - yet their senior team is all fractional. The only long term staffer appears to be the founders mate. Guess friends get a free ride when they invest?
