Pros

Perks (gym, football facilities, lots of free/discounted sports gear, great pension fund policy), competitive package (provided you travel), travel opportunities, very international environment, to name a few

Cons

Limited career development, hierarchical mentality, poor coordination across and even within divisions, monopoly with low levels of innovation, arrogant members of senior management, lowest common denominator culture

money, lots of travels, work ,speak, discuss and keep relations with a lot of people

Cons

some periods of hard working also nights..., work with many people can be also negative sometimes,difficult to keep good relationships with all partners, difficult to be reservate in business.
