Pros

Very friendly colleagues in the office

Cons

Avoid this company at all costs. They make a pretence of being a ‘people first’ organisation, but fire good quality employees at the drop of a hat. Worked for a manager based in Manchester who took every opportunity to deride the business and always focused on the negatives, especially the senior management. Not very inspiring. The work would have been best suited to someone on a gap year from university. Virtually zero direction and communication from manager for the first six months after joining, then told I wasn’t a good fit. Meanwhile they were interviewing for someone to replace me while I was still there. I have worked for many different businesses over a long career and this was by far the worst. They are recruiting hand over fist, but the business growth seems to have stalled somewhat. Very big drinking culture in the company, employees routinely went for lunchtime pints. Beware.
