      Once upon a time there was a good work culture

      Terrible management. No process for anything. Always reacting. Takes too long to correct anything. They let great people go.

      The Agtech business is quite interesting. There is a room for improvements in the product.

      Cons

      Very poor management. The proof of that is the two rounds of layoffs we had in 90 days! Bad hiring of key positions, specially within the R&D devision. Not completely relying on the team and their skills (although there were great skillful team members). Having people deciding things that they are not reaponsible of. Hiring people fir key positions that are not skilled enough to do there job.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and teammates. Very smart, supportive, and just the best people around.

      Cons

      This is the worst place I’ve worked at. The executive team always "knows it all" and is led by a control freak CEO. The CEO creates a hostile work environment. Morale is poor and employee turnover is high. The CEO doesn't understand that he can be successful without making his employees miserable, and without being hungry for power. People will respect you if you respect them, instead he is harsh.
