Pros

The project has a really good human capital. Fever is full of brilliant people. Young experts with great knowledge.

Cons

At Fever everything is smoke and mirrors. They have no idea of what they are really selling. There is no strategy at mid and long term. They just want to sell the entire project to a Big Company so everything is attached to the short term. As far as they just want to sell the company, you are just a number for the managers. They are not commited to the project, they have no real feelings for Fever, it is a commodity one day they expect to sell to others.

Pros

- My peers are very nice and welcoming, always willing to help if needed - The events you can be put on are sometimes pretty cool concepts

Cons

- Bait & Switch: this is not a regular PM role -- you will need to understand a lot more than what a project manager should be in charge of - Salary: midway through my time here the company changed the bonus structure so the revenue goals you hit are basically unattainable. I essentially took a 15% pay cut and couldn't do anything about it. This signals to me that the company is strapped for cash and isn't heading in the right direction. - Management: the managers are constantly putting you under a microscope, they berate you instead of calmly asking questions. You could do a great job but they will find a way to bring you down and instill doubt. - Thankless Job: don't expect to be credited or put under a spotlight for anything. If your event is a success, it's the marketing team, APs, etc. that did a good job. If your event is not a success, it's all your fault. - Work Life Balance: don't expect to have any life outside of Fever should you choose to work here. Everyone is overworked.
