      Pros

      Management really helps you when needed. Tips are really good and our gas fee covers all gas used on deliveries! Can either schedule a shift, pickup a block or check in randomly. Good job if you want freedom to decide when to work. We also get tips paid daily which is a huge benefit which adds to the flexibility.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have to wait at restaurants for the food but thats about it.

      Pros

      They really care about their people. We get an awesome gas fee, a great share of the delivery fee and 100% of the tips. The dispatchers really help us with the customers. Its obviously that they really care about their employees

      Cons

      They definitely need more drivers.

      Good communication with management. Everyone was really understanding and friendly. Good hours and the pay was nice.

      Cons

      I spent more money on gas then expected.
