Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!

I'm very excited about working at Feedzai, and a big part of that are the people I've met - these are passionate, driven professionals who care about each other and the success of the business. It's the sort of infectious energy you want to join. In addition, the market opportunity in front of us is huge - lots of opportunity to grow and scale, with a product that can truly benefit the people around us.

People in the company are very friendly and decent in general. Very relaxed environment. Managers are very supportive for the most part.

Feedzai's product offerings deliver meaningful impact, which is definitely nice to be able to contribute towards. Considering the company operates in a primarily remote first model, there seems to be a healthy amount of purposeful engagement from senior leaders (regular all hands, which are recorded). Lots of collaboration, and knowledge sharing done in ways that are inclusive of people in different time zones. Goals are quite clear, and while there are tech / process improvements possible to take things to the next level, the important ones seem to be acknowledged, and are being actively worked on. (Rome wasn't built in a day, and leaders (both managers and ICs) are taking an iterative approach to continuously improving on the current state).
