It was ok to work there had ups & downs there but mostly likely had a bad experience working there

Co workers only. To kept me motivated.
Cons
When it gets busy they rush you to finish the jobs for weeks but there's no welding they send you elsewhere to do other jobs instead of letting you go home & call you when there's work but no. Can't speak of HR either. If you have no PTO available & you have family emergencies they don't care they still write you up for it. I guess it was an ok company to work for. Also they do not acknowledge you for the work that you do there if you do a good job they don't say anything but if you make mistakes they are all over your shoulder.

Cons
They dont want to teach you, lazy workers, and dont treat employees very well. High turn over rate from people walking out on them due to managment. I personally saw 4 people leave in a span of a couple months. Pay isnt good.
