HR at Federal Signal consistently fails to protect employees or uphold even basic standards of fairness. Issues are ignored until they become crises, complaints are brushed off, and there’s a clear pattern of siding with management instead of addressing legitimate concerns. Communication is vague, inconsistent, and often intentionally evasive. Policies are enforced selectively, favoritism is obvious, and HR’s approach to employee wellbeing feels performative at best. Instead of creating a safe, accountable workplace, HR contributes to confusion, mistrust, and a culture where employees feel disposable and unsupported.
