Where to start, firstly when I was hired on i was told it was a full time position but in never was, they didn't have enough forklifts for all the dock employees so if you didn't get one they would have you cleaning or removing trailer/freight bar from the trailer for everyone else, employee favoritism is strong here if you're not in that good ol boy group

favoritism, not enough hours, cutting hours, some of the people in management are rude and hostile

Inconsistent hours. Management and HR are super biased. Favoritism is everywhere. If you make a request and are not a minority, no matter how small, your request is met with hurdle after hurdle. However, if you are a minority, you get what you want. If an employee that is a minority wants you fired, your days are numbered. Probably should unionize so hopefully one layer of protection, no matter how small.
