Pros
Good for Entry-Level Experience: If you're desperate for some initial experience, it might work as a starting point. Just don't expect much more than that
Cons
Misleading Job Assignment: I joined as a Python Django trainee, but after three weeks, I was forced into Odoo despite expressing no interest in it. Eventually, I realised they’d promised a dual role they knew would be impossible to manage. No Pay for 3 Months and Constant Delays: My first three months were entirely unpaid, and they extended my probation without notice, adding an extra unpaid month. They only offer salaries as low as 6K INR after training, with zero clarity on future increments. Lack of Basic Work Support: You’re expected to use your personal laptop without compensation and even format it for company needs. There’s no provision of basics like tea, coffee, or any form of office supplies beyond water. Work Culture and 6-Day Week: The company operates Monday to Saturday with no alternate Saturdays off. Don’t expect national holidays either – they adhere strictly to UAE holidays, treating employees more like labourers than valued staff. Unfinished and Unpleasant Workspace: The office has been under construction for months, making the environment noisy and uncomfortable, with frequent exposure to paint and thinner fumes. Most days, a mask is necessary just to work without discomfort.
