Pros
FeaturedCustomers is everything that they preach. They truly care about their employees. They really allow you to have fun and work hard at the same time. You are given the freedom to forge your own path and generate business in a comfortable work environment. Everyone from management to co-workers are all locked in on the collective goal in mind and that is to help contribute to the success of the company. This company is a perfect example of teamwork paying off.
Cons
It was very hard to determine a con if you are a good fit for the culture. If you do not have the professional maturity to know when to work and when to play, the culture can become a distraction.
