Salary increments are extremely rare even after years of work. Several senior and manager-level employees were laid off, and their responsibilities were transferred to junior developers without promotions or compensation adjustments. Workload increased significantly after layoffs. Career growth and recognition for extra work are very limited. Management focuses heavily on cost-cutting rather than employee development and retention. Lack of transparency in decisions affecting employees.
