      Good company with diverse product portfolio Structural People are good & supportive Family owned business, no public financial burden

      Politics between regions (management) Slow NPD Lack of creativity compare to past products Self satisfied, overlooked the aggressive competitors

      Lot's of sudden change.

      Pros

      Great brand legacy, willing workers, VERY nice people.

      Cons

      Old management styles & thought. Many "change" initiatives at once. In the effort to steer the businesses through a difficult period in the brand's history, too many change strategies in action at once. Dysfunction which was decades in the making will take time to dismantle. Many product formats stuck in the 80's. Craft vs technology makes competition for today's consumer dollar difficult. Focus on digital and online sales channel strategies, it requires forward thinking, not simply (catch up) strategy.
