Parking can be issue, since the majority of the staff have to park at an offsite parking that adds another 4 mins to your day. Plus you have to take an accout for accidents on the fwy and rainy days.
Also if the company decides to be closed extra days before or after major holidays you won't be paid for those i.e. the day after 4th of July, Black Friday, Christmas eve and so on
And if you do want to be paid you have to use your unsed PTO for those days
