      You get to have 1 roll or bowl per shift, which was a huge plus because the food is healthy and delicious. Depending on who you are working with, the culture could be fun too

      A free shift meal up to $15 per day

      Cons

      Corporate guesses, often poorly, and terminates staff quickly when the plan fails. Actually, corporate guesses all of the time. New product rollouts occur without notice and without SOPs. Forced to maintain staff at rates near minimum wage, while bestowing responsibilities onto staff members that demand leadership wages. No time off at all. Shifts often run 12 hours or longer without breaks. Zero training.
