      OT alot because of follows: *Senior management dont know what they want and keep changing requirement. *Incapable of managing vendor. They use mainlander vendor and their quality is terrible and lots of bug. *No solid technology knowledge in senior management causing they often propose very very bad ideas and plans for underlings to follows *Chinese working culture that loves to hide defects *Bad temper people and fault shifting
