"The company offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home one day a week. Alternatively, those who choose to work onsite every day receive three extra vacation days. Additionally, the company provides flexible working hours and organizes enjoyable events for employees.

Cons

In my opinion, the hybrid work model should allow for at least two days of remote work per week.
