      Pros

      The company environment is nothing but positive and inspiring. The training is amazing and the team atmosphere is contagious.

      Good Training for entry level D2D Sales,

      Pros

      Good trainings and tech available. A great place to get your feet wet but if you want to make a livable income knocking doors you'll need to spread your wings beyond FOR

      Cons

      Most sales reps don't stay longer than 6 months and the company doesn't pay out commissions owed to employees who are owed. By doing this the company capitalizes on a constant churn of talent in and out the door. Also, the compensation is low compared to other solar companies even though their customer facing prices are higher than average. IF you decide to work here just know what youre getting yourself into.
